This is not the full reason. In a video, a Korean girl was harassed by an Indian boy. Then, another Indian boy came and saved her in the same video. If this was the reason then they would have seen that Indians are not so bad.

The first reason is that South Koreans do not know much about Indians. Earlier, there was not much tourism in South Korea, so they did not know much about other countries. The second and biggest reason is the beauty standard of South Korea. 

Many people, not just Indians, think people from outside are not as beautiful and lack good fashion sense. They also think Indians have dark complexions. It happens.

That is why the people of South Korea find it very bad and it is not the fault of the South Korean people in any way. Beauty standards have penetrated their minds deeply. They feel that if someone is not beautiful, then that person is bad and should be treated accordingly. 

South Koreans themselves also become victims of this thing. Not only Indians, due to this, the suicide rate is also very high there.

Many people can't fit into these beauty standards. They have to commit suicide because they can't get a job, make friends, and for other reasons. South Koreans especially consider Indians very bad. 

They feel there is a lot of employment in India. The literacy rate is very low. That's why Indians go to South Korea to do small jobs. That's why their thinking is so bad. But gradually South Koreans are also accepting Indians.
